If it can't be Lake Veret with all the eagles and gators and Cajuns and their good food, and if it can't be Lake Martin with Kowaliga, and Chimney Rock, and my late Paw Paw's hand-churned homemade vanilla ice cream on the end of the dock, and Aquapalooza this weekend--pretty much my favorite place on the planet, then it ought to be right outside our window down in our backyard in Lake Hartwell!]
I hope there's more Monday night (or Tuesday, Wednesday...) dips in the lake with the husband this summer...
