Church words

On Sunday, we didn't get to try that new church we had planned on attending. The website and the actual service times were contrary to one another, so we missed it. But we had time to make it to the church we've been attending, so we booked it there. I'm glad we did.

Ever since Sunday, there are words and phrases that keep coming to my mind.

Worthy. Light of the World. Sacrifice. Change. Prince of Peace. Repent. Apart from You there is no God. Mercy. Unashamed Love. Faith

Note: my husband and his brother like to mock simulate praise service by annoyingly using cliche' Christian words that seem to come out. of. nowhere. For example: "FELLOWSHIP!"or "THE ROCK!" And often it's in the voice of Scott Stapp, the lead sing of the band, Creed.
